This Privacy Policy explains what information Elijah Loving, doing business as WellHouse ("WellHouse," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers wellhouse.app, elijahloving.com, the WellHouse Client Portal at portal.wellhouse.app, the WellHouse apps (IGNITE, THE FRAME, and Print Shop), and our classes and community spaces, including Discord and Patreon (together, the "Services"). Our Terms of Service are at https://wellhouse.app/terms.

The short version: we collect what you send us and what we need to run the Services. We do not sell your information. We do not use it to train AI. Our sites do not run advertising trackers or analytics.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 When you visit our sites

• No analytics or ad tracking. wellhouse.app and elijahloving.com do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools, and we do not set our own tracking cookies.
• Hosting logs. Our sites are hosted by Netlify. Like most hosts, Netlify automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
• Embedded media. Some blog posts include embedded YouTube videos (in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode) and SoundCloud players. If you play them, YouTube or SoundCloud may collect information under their own policies.

1.2 When you send a form

The contact form on wellhouse.app and the project form on elijahloving.com (Work With Me) collect: first and last name, email, phone (optional), business name (optional), how you prefer to be contacted, project type, project summary, deadline goal (optional), budget goal (optional), anything else you choose to tell us, whether you want a call, and your consent to be contacted. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and sent to us by email. Please do not send sensitive information through these forms.

1.3 When you become a client (Client Portal)

• Client information: your name, email, phone, business or publisher details, mailing address if needed for an agreement, and the people you invite to your project.
• Project content: briefs, manuscripts, references, sketches, notes, links, comments, and files you upload.
• E-signatures: when you sign or approve a document, we record your name, email address, the date and time, and technical information such as your IP address and device or browser details, and we keep the signed PDF and a Signed Approval Summary.
• Payments: deposits and invoices are paid through Square. Square collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive payment status, amount, date, and limited card details such as the last four digits, but never your full card number.

1.4 Classes, coaching and community (Discord and Patreon)

• Applications: information you give when you apply, such as your goals, experience, portfolio links, and age band (18+, or 13 to 17 with guardian permission).
• Guardian permission: for members aged 13 to 17, the parent or guardian's name, contact details, and written permission.
• Discord and Patreon: if you join our Discord server or Patreon, those platforms share your username, membership tier, and related details with us under their own policies. Patreon handles all billing.
• Recordings: live classes, critiques, and streams may be recorded, which can capture your voice, video, username, chat messages, and the artwork you share. We tell you when a session is recorded, and you may keep your camera and microphone off.
• Student clips and work: we post student clips, critiques, or artwork publicly only with the student's consent, and for anyone under 18 only with a parent or guardian's written consent.

1.5 The WellHouse apps

IGNITE, THE FRAME, and Print Shop collect account information (name, email, login details), the content you create in them, and subscription and billing status. Each app's terms describe what is specific to it, such as Squad Chat messages in IGNITE, athlete data entered by coaches in THE FRAME, and shop and customer order data in Print Shop. The apps have not launched yet. Each app's specific terms and data details will be posted before it launches.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: reply to your messages and project requests; prepare, sign, and manage Project Agreements; deliver the work and the Services; process payments and send invoices, receipts, and reminders; run classes and community spaces and keep them safe; keep records required for business and tax purposes; secure the Services and prevent abuse; and comply with law. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use your content or artwork to train AI.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only:

• with service providers that help run the Services, such as Netlify (hosting and forms), Square (payments), Patreon and Discord (community and memberships), Google (fonts and email), Base44 (hosting for the Client Portal and apps), a third-party payment processor for app subscriptions that we will name before the apps launch, and our email delivery provider, each only for their part of the job;
• with people you choose, such as team members you invite to a project;
• when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of WellHouse, our members, or others; and
• with a buyer or successor if WellHouse is part of a merger or sale, under this Policy.

4. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Members aged 13 to 17 may take part only with written permission from a parent or guardian, who may review or ask us to delete their child's information by emailing info@elijahloving.com.

5. How Long We Keep Information

• Form messages that do not become projects: 2 years.
• Project files: deleted from active systems within 30 days of a deletion request after a project ends.
• Signed agreements, signature records, and payment records: at least 7 years, as business and tax records.
• Class recordings: kept while the class or membership is active, then deleted within 12 months unless we need them longer for a legal reason or you have consented to a longer use.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing info@elijahloving.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity and may keep records the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international law, and we will honor them as the law requires.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own copies of important files and signed documents.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here and change the "Last Updated" date, and we will give notice of material changes.
